Janice Wu, CSCS
Janice graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Physical Health and Education. After completing her degree, she earned the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. To add to her skill set, she is also an accomplished STOTT Pilates Instructor.
Complementing her extensive education, Janice has worked in many different environments, including sports injury clinics, fitness facilities, high schools and in client homes, with extensive experience in training a varied population of teens, athletes, rehab patients and weekend warriors. Currently, Janice is the strength and conditioning coach for the Leaside Wildcats Midget AA Girls Hockey Team and working with various other teams at Advantage 4 Athletes.
When not achieving results with clients, Janice strives to find the right balance of cooking, entertaining friends and working it all off playing ultimate Frisbee and Pilates Reformer training. She was a member of the Canadian National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team, but now spends her leisure trying to relive her youth.
