Athletic conditioning programs will be geared to athletes looking to increase their overall athletic performance and abilities. Programs are geared toward youths (19 years of age and under) and adults (20 years old and over).
Team Training Packages are based on a minimum of 9 athletes per group. All training sessions are 60 minutes in length. All Team Training Packages must include an Initial Assessment prior to the beginning of any training sessions.
