About the A4A Therapy Clinic

The Functional Integrated Approach may include different types of manual therapy for specific benefits, such as:

Your first visit
Your first visit will typically last an hour. During this visit, your practitioner will review your paperwork and assess your condition to determine your ideal treatment plan. This will include the type of treatment, frequency and duration. In most cases, you’ll receive treatment during this visit.
Please check in at our front desk when you arrive for this first visit to complete intake paperwork.
Subsequent visits
Your treatment plan will recommend when and how often you’ll need to return for follow-up appointments. These appointments will typically take between 15 and 45 minutes based on your treatment.
Your care will be evaluated at regular intervals to reflect on your progress, ensuring the fastest possible recovery and return to normal activity.
Clinic Fees
Initial visit fees include the consultation and first treatment. Subsequent fees will depend on the services provided. For a detailed list of fees, please contact us.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, cheque, Interac Debit, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Receipts will be provided upon request.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment by email or by phone to 905-943-4480. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a patient’s account will be billed the full amount of the scheduled service.
